  • All appointments are booked online through our client portals! A deposit may be required to hold your spot.

  • Welcome! We’re so glad you found us! New clients are required to complete a brief consultation form at your first appointment. This helps us tailor your tan to your skin type, tone, and goals. You’ll also receive a full prep & aftercare guide. Please book your appointment through our new client portal, and follow our prep guide to ensure the best tan results!

  • Returning clients enjoy an express rebook option if no updates are needed. Returning clients only need to update their form if any major changes have occurred (skin treatments, medications, pregnancy, etc.) Otherwise, book as usual through our returning client portal and we’ll keep your glow going strong!

  • Need to reschedule? No problem— just contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees and we’ll happily move your appointment.

    As a mobile service, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes.

    Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit your deposit and may result in additional charges.

  • You’ll receive a full prep guide after booking!

    In general :

    24-48 hours before: exfoliate, shave/wax

    Skip lotions, oils, and deodorant on tan day.

    PLAN AROUND YOUR TAN— avoid getting wet or sweaty for at least 8-12hrs after your session ( at least 2-4 hours if booking an express tan.)

  • Your custom BRNZ tan can last 10+ days with proper care. We have everything you need to extend the life of your glow.

  • Yes, with precautions. Our solution is non-toxic and paraben-free. Always check with your doctor first, and let us know so we can take extra care (e.g., using barrier masks).

bridal & event tans.

  • Yes! BRNZ is perfect for bridal parties, bachelorette parties, girls’ nights, birthday weekends, or just a glow-up with your besties.

  • Bridal

    As early as possible! Trial sessions should be booked 4-6 weeks prior, and final tans should be done 2-3 days before the big day. This ensures we get your dream glow just right.

    BRNZ offers custom bridal packages designed to give you and your bridal party the perfect glow leading up to the big day.

    Events

    We recommend booking 2+ weeks in advance, especially for weekends or wedding season. If you’re not sure what you need, reach out through our contact form— we’ll help you customize the perfect group experience.

  • Groups of 3-10 are ideal. We offer special pricing and custom packages based on group size, location, and any add-ons like bubbly or luxury snacks.
