  • Welcome!

    We’re so glad you found us! You will receive a personal welcome package via email after booking your first appointment or event with us. This will include a brief consultation/consent form, an invoice for your deposit, and a full prep + aftercare guide. This helps us tailor your tan to your skin type, tone, and goals. Once your client forms are completed and invoice is paid, your appointment will be confirmed! Book as usual through our booking portal on our website, we’ll be in touch to get you glowing ASAP!

  • Returning clients should book as usual through our booking portal. You will receive your deposit invoice via email after booking, as well as a before-tan prep guide. Once your deposit is paid your appointment will be confirmed!

    Returning clients will only need to update forms if any major changes have occurred (skin treatments, medications, pregnancy, etc.)

  • As a travel service, we require a refundable deposit to secure each appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes. You may cancel or reschedule free of charge outside of the 24 hour window.

    Last-minute cancellations within 24hrs will forfeit your deposit.

    No-shows will forfeit your deposit + be charged the full service amount.

    Need to reschedule? No problem— just contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees and we’ll happily move your appointment.

  • You’ll receive a full prep guide after booking!

    In general :

    24-48 hours before: exfoliate, shave/wax

    Skip lotions, oils, and deodorant on tan day.

    PLAN AROUND YOUR TAN— avoid getting wet or sweaty for at least 8-12hrs after your session ( at least 2-4 hours if booking an express tan.)

  • Your custom BRNZ tan can last 10+ days with proper care. We have everything you need to extend the life of your glow.

  • Yes, with precautions. Our solution is non-toxic and paraben-free. Always check with your doctor first, and let us know so we can take extra care.

before & aftercare.

  • Yes! BRNZ is perfect for bridal parties, bachelorette parties, girls’ nights, birthday weekends, or just a glow-up with your besties. Find more about our pre-planned event packages under “BRIDAL + EVENTS” at the top.

  • Bridal

    As early as possible! Trial sessions should be booked 4-6 weeks prior, and final tans should be done 2-3 days before the big day. This ensures we get your dream glow just right.

    BRNZ offers custom bridal packages designed to give you and your bridal party the perfect glow leading up to the big day.

    Events

    We recommend booking 2+ weeks in advance, especially for weekends or wedding season. If you’re not sure what you need, reach out through our contact form— we’ll help you customize the perfect group experience.

  • Groups of 3-10 are ideal. We offer special pricing and custom packages based on group size, location, and any add-ons. Please see more information under “GROUP SESSIONS” and “PRIVATE EVENT PACKAGES” through our menu.
